MIXCONIX is an SAP partner.
Last updated: 20 September 2026 · Version 2.0
Applies to: the mixconix.com website. Does not apply to: the Business Partner Validator application itself, which runs on SAP® Business Technology Platform and is covered by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
Three, all of them strictly necessary. None of them identifies you, follows you to other sites, or is read by anyone but this website.
| Cookie | What it does | Category | Lifetime | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|---|
mx_lang |
Remembers whether you chose English or German, so that mixconix.com opens in your language instead of guessing each time. Written only when you click EN or DE. | Strictly necessary — user preference | 12 months | This site |
mx_csrf |
A one-time token issued when you open the contact or careers page and checked when you send the form. It is what stops another website from submitting our forms in your name. | Strictly necessary — security | 2 hours | This site |
mx_notice |
Records that you have seen the cookie notice, so the bar does not reappear on every page. | Strictly necessary — records your acknowledgement | 12 months | This site |
All three are first-party, carry the SameSite attribute, and are sent over HTTPS only. None is shared with a third party.
Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and the EDPB guidance on its technical-storage exemptions, cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service the visitor has asked for do not require prior consent. All three cookies above fall in that category: a language you chose yourself, a security token for a form you opened, and a record of the notice you dismissed. There is nothing optional to switch off, so offering a choice would be misleading rather than helpful.
The moment we add anything that is not strictly necessary — analytics, a marketing tag, a demo environment that profiles usage — that changes. We will introduce a proper consent mechanism with a real reject option before it is switched on, not after.
The site loads no web analytics, no advertising tags and no social media pixels. Specifically, it does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any comparable product. No profile of your visit is built, and nothing about your visit is shared with an advertising network.
The site contacts no third party at all on your behalf. Fonts, stylesheets and scripts are served from mixconix.com itself, so nothing about your visit reaches another company — not even the font provider. Your browser talks to this site and to nothing else.
Server logs. The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Ordinary request data — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser and operating system — is processed to deliver the page, keep the service available and defend against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The two forms. The contact form and the job application form send what you type, and any CV you attach, by email to our office mailbox. Nothing you submit is stored on this website and nothing is written to a database here. Each form asks for your explicit consent before it is sent, and the consent text on the form states what happens to the data and for how long we keep it.
You do not have to take our word for it. Open your browser’s developer tools on any page of this site and look under Storage or Application. You will find the cookies listed in Section 1 and nothing else — no _ga, no _fbp, no identifiers from an advertising network. Under Network you will see requests to this site and to nothing else at all.
Clearing site data for mixconix.com in your browser removes all three. The site continues to work: it will simply ask your browser’s language again, issue a new form token when you next open a form, and show the cookie notice once more.
