MIXCONIX was founded to bridge the widening gap between SAP innovation and enterprise reality. We observed that organizations often struggle to balance cutting-edge SAP technology with practical implementation constraints, legacy system complexities, and transformation budgets.

Headquartered in Brașov, Romania, we've built a team of SAP experts who live and breathe the technology. We're deeply committed to understanding both the strategic vision of our clients and the technical realities of their landscapes. This dual focus has shaped everything we do — from system assessments to full-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations to SAP® BTP-native innovation.

Leads the commercial and contractual side of MIXCONIX — client agreements, compliance documentation and company administration. Eleny keeps the paperwork behind every engagement in order so delivery can stay focused on the system.

Chief Technology Officer

Full-stack SAP technologist with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, ATC/CCLM, and custom code modernization. Alexandra leads all technical delivery and innovation initiatives at MIXCONIX.

Mihai Cristian

Lead Architect, Consulting

Seasoned SAP consultant specializing in system assessment, roadmapping, and Activate methodology execution. Mihai brings structured thinking and stakeholder management excellence to every engagement.
